A 30-minute call
Your date, your venue if you have one, what you're dreading. No pitch.
A proposal within three days
One package, one price, no upsell. If I'm not the right planner, I'll say so.
The plan
Budget, vendor shortlist, a shared document you can read at 2am.
The middle months
Monthly check-ins. Design decisions made once and not revisited.
The six weeks before
Timeline, vendor confirmations, the rehearsal. Your phone goes quiet.
The day
I'm there from the florist's arrival to the last car. You don't see your phone.
